Anti Ragging Cell
The Anti Ragging Cell at ITES ensures a safe and ragging-free campus. The institute follows a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of ragging. Students can confidentially report incidents through the online grievance form. Immediate action is taken as per institutional guidelines.
Sexual Harassment Prevention
The Sexual Harassment Prevention Cell (ICC) at ITES maintains a safe and respectful environment for students and staff. All complaints are handled confidentially with fairness and transparency. The committee ensures dignity, equality, and protection for everyone.
SC / ST / OBC / Minority Cell
The SC/ST/OBC/Minority Cell at ITES safeguards the rights of students from reserved and minority categories. The cell prevents discrimination and provides support related to scholarships and welfare schemes.
Student Welfare Cell
The Student Welfare Cell at ITES focuses on student well-being, financial guidance, counseling support, and overall development. The aim is to create a positive and inclusive campus environment.
Examination Cell
The Examination Cell at ITES manages internal and external exams, results, and revaluation processes. The cell ensures transparency, accuracy, and timely updates of academic records.

How to File a Complaint
Submit Written Complaint
Submit a written complaint to the Presiding Officer or any member of the ICC within 3 months of the incident.
Include Evidence
Attach any supporting documents, emails, messages, or list of witnesses relevant to the incident.
Inquiry Process
The committee will initiate an inquiry and provide a copy of the complaint to the respondent within 7 days.
Resolution
The inquiry will be completed within 90 days, followed by a report and recommendations for action.
Confidentiality Assurance
The identity of the aggrieved woman, respondent, and witnesses, as well as any information relating to the inquiry and recommendations, will be kept strictly confidential.
Important Note
Malicious or false complaints will be viewed seriously and may lead to disciplinary action against the complainant.
