Campus Visit
If you are unable to attend a scheduled ITES Open House or Orientation Session, you are welcome to visit the ITES campus at a time that is convenient for you. Schedule your visit, plan your travel, and our team will host you on campus. ITES may offer travel support for eligible students, subject to institute guidelines and approval.
Upon arrival at the ITES campus, the following facilities and experiences will be provided for up to two full days:
- Accommodation support for students and accompanying parent(s) or guardian(s) (subject to availability)
- Guided ITES campus and lab tour
- Career counseling & roadmap discussion based on student interest
- Demonstration of labs, tools & equipment used during training
- Overview of courses, duration & certifications
Here are some details to make the most of your visit:
- A minimum of 10–14 days’ advance notice is required to coordinate an ITES campus visit.
- To ensure the best availability of faculty and staff, visitors are encouraged to schedule their visit on a regular weekday (Monday–Friday).
- Overnight or extended campus visits are not available during the following periods:
- August 15 to September 10
- December 15 to January 10
- April 15 to May 5
- Institute holidays and major academic breaks
- NOTE: Overnight campus visit availability is limited from May 1 to September 1.
- Visit requests during this period will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
